No, these ones are different. I looked at the sato knock offs but, I liked these a little better.

Okay, I installed these the other day. Assembly and install took about an hour or so. It was all fairly self explanatory so, I don't think that a "How To" is in order. There are a couple of pitfalls but, I took my time and used the pics from the Ebay Auction as reference (no instructions were included). I'm happy w/the end product but, a ride report will have to wait a while due to the fact that it's snowing and sleeting up here. I will post pics when I get a chance to take some.
